Edited: I’ve made the collection available here, although I (probably) won’t be updating it.
From the blog’s info section:

While I have a small collection of 720p wallpapers for my phone, I haven’t posted any to this blog and don’t plan to since I have a much larger and varied collection of desktop wallpapers. If you’re interested, contact me and I can link you to my phone wallpapers.”
The reason why I don’t just have a public link is that I don’t have anything self-updating like Google Drive’s desktop client set up, so any static link I provide could be outdated. By asking for the link, I’ll be sure to upload all the ones I currently have.
